You will use the Collection Kit to send us a very small amount of your loved one's ashes. Step 2 Return Your Collection Kit Your Collection Kit will include detailed instructions​​,​​ a return envelope*​​,​​ and the collection vessel. Mail your collection kit with your loved one's ashes back to us via USPS. Step 3 We Create and Deliver Once we receive your completed Collection Kit at our Seattle studio​​,​​ we will confirm receipt via email and your hand crafted order will be created​​,​​ carefully package​​,​​ and mailed to you (free of charge) within four weeks. We understand this can be an emotional undertaking and we have made every effort to make the order process as simple as possible.
